I am unemployed due to disability reasons and living in Chicago. To the right is my favorite food here. I suggest either Lou Malnati’s or Giordano’s, if you ever visit.
My current primary diagnoses are Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My symptoms include constant, wide-spread pain, high sensitivity to pressure, fatigue, absurdly frequent bowel and bladder infections, depression, trouble balancing, and an inability to relate to extremely nosy medical professionals and those who believe themselves to be so. Less related symptoms/causes are PVCs and thyroid issues. To handle these symptoms, I am currently taking seven medications: synthroid (levothyroxine), zoloft (sertraline), elavil (amitriptyline), neurontin (gabapentin), yaz (gianvi), ativan (lorazepam), and percocet (oxycodone/acetamenophin). These are all working well for me. Trust me, you’ll hear about it if I have any notable side effects or if they stop working. 🙂
The other name I considered for this blog was TMI. If you’re having trouble keeping up with the medical drama in my life, this is the place for you. It should provide a nice rehash, accompanied by frequently delightful commentary.
